Confronting Anxiety & Depression

  • Branch Church 26710 West 62nd Street Shorewood, MN, 55331 United States (map)

The epidemic of depression & anxiety is wreaking havoc on our families. In an age when we have more connection, more information, and more resources than ever before, how can we have more loved ones struggling with more sadness, fear, and despair? Why are so many young people feeling incapable of knowing how to move forward in life, work, school, or relationships? It seems something is blinding us from God’s promise of hope and a future.

Join us Wednesday, March 19th at 6:30PM for a special event focused on helping us get equipped to stand victorious against anxiety and depression. Guest speaker and licensed Christian therapist, Todd Monger, will lead us through an engaging night designed to bring meaningful awareness, impactful education, practical tools, and real life interventions to increase resiliency and help bring healing.

This event is geared toward teens and young adults, but anyone can benefit if you struggle with anxiety or depression or if you are supporting someone you love. Parents are encouraged to come with their students (6th grade and up) and invite your friends! Todd’s creative and humorous approach will engage all ages.

No cost. Please register so we can plan for attendance.
